Every year we get many requests to become an ACC Counselor.  Unfortunately we cannot hire everyone.  So what does it take
to be a counselor at ACC?  We have in place an experienced staff who have been counselors for many years.  It takes a lot of hard work
and dedication.  We strive to hire responsible and dependable people.

Some of our counselors have been former campers, others have never been to camp before.  Some are funny, others are organized.
 It is difficult to put into words what qualities make up a counselor, but each person on this staff  has their strengths.

It doesn't matter if you've been coming to this camp for years or were an honor camper.  There has to be something we all see, an "it" factor,
that displays to us that you could be a counselor.  Sometimes it boils down to who you know.

For those who have inquired about being on the 2007 Counselor staff, we are finalizing our counselor list.
