ACC CAMP RULES AND REGULATIONS
 
  1. All Campers are expected to comply with the rules and policies of the camp.  Special permission can be granted only by the Camp Director.  Failure to abide by these policies can result in the student being sent home at any time with no refund.
  2. Campers are not permitted to leave campus without permission of the Camp Director.
  3. Students staying on campus are not permitted to ride in automobiles during camp, except with the written permission of the Camp Director and the students¹ parents.  Students who bring automobiles to camp must leave their keys in the Camp Office.  Local students who live off campus may drive to and from campus only.
  4. Possession of alcoholic beverages, tobacco of any form, unauthorized drugs or firearms, is forbidden.  Violators will be turned over to local law enforcement officials.
  5. Campers may not date college students.
  6. Campers are responsible for the cleanliness and the tidiness of their rooms.  Failure to keep rooms in order will result in students being assigned “extra duty” detail.
  7. When room assignments have been made, students cannot change rooms until properly authorized to do so by the Camp Director, and the proper counselor.  This will not be done during the registration process, but after the evening meeting
  8. Furniture must not be moved from one room to another.
  9. Students are not permitted in dormitory rooms of students of the opposite sex.  (Students may visit the lobby areas of the dorms during free-time.)
  10. Camp social activities are “closed” to non-campers.
  11. Students are required to attend all camp activities.
  12. All Camp students are required to observe “wake-up call” and “lights out.”
  13. Certain areas of the campus are off limits to campers.  Students should avoid areas of the campus not being used by the ACC Choir Camp.
  14. Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and bicycles will not be permitted.
  15. Students will be financially responsible for any damage or vandalism to their dorm rooms during their stay at camp.  Rooms are inspected prior to check in and again before the students leave to go home. Cafeteria Meal times are: Breakfast  7:30- 8:00AM  Lunch  11:45AM to 12:30 PM Dinner 4:30 -5:30PM Shoes, shorts/pants/skirt, and a full length shirt are required.
